The process was fairly easy as I only had one interview with the store manager. You don’t need to have any special cosmetologist licenses to be qualified. Just be prepared to answer normal interview questions, have a passion for the beauty industry, and have experience in customer service
After a phone scheduling, I was quickly called into office to be interviewed by an HR and beauty manager. Took about 2 weeks after application. Typical questions off a paper questionnaire, nothing difficult

Interview
The interview was smooth and professional. They asked me about my past retail experience, how I describe myself and my knowledge in the beauty industry. They will give me a phone call soon for the offer.
They first sat me down and guaged my availability. Then we spoke about what my strengths were and they asked me how my status as a student could hinder my schedule. They were very nice and very accommodating.
