JCMS interview questions

The business development manager contacts you. He/she evaluate your overall personality, like, background, family, interest, experience, goals, etc. Then request to provide with personal and professional references which takes about a week time followed by phone call or email from technical manager followed definitely by another call for detailed interview if the first one was not adequate. Then, the interview on Skype is arranged if candidate is remotely located or call in for physical interview if candidate is local...Then within a week they let you know the outcome of the interview and send you offer letter if both parties concur with the offer. They provide relocation also and good enough to start with job.

Communicated through email first regarding the Intern position. Later, interview was scheduled. Just one round of interview was there. It was pretty much good. Moderate questions were asked from resume.
