First there was a thirty-minute phone interview screening. Basic questions about background and qualifications, and she gave me some information about the company and the requirements of the job.
Then we scheduled an in-person interview.
The Human Resource Director is who scheduled my interview, so we had to schedule it around when she would be able to fly into town from the headquarters.
Then in-person panel type interview with 3 interviewers. The Human Resource Director and then 2 managers within my local branch.
