Applied online. I received an email for a phone interview call a few weeks later. They had no specified roles listed on the internship and when I asked during my interview, the recruiter said she can not disclose which roles they are offering. Otherwise, candidates falsely say they want that role. This does not make sense. I tried to explain I would like to go to the data analysis domain and explained my projects and interests. Then again I asked, do you have any position related to my interests? She said she can not tell you. You will get an email regarding our decision. Received rejection a couple of days later. I feel like I wasted my time. I did company research, gave a 25-30 minute interview when they did not even have any position for that role! Only if they would have told me after I asked, I tried to explain my other interests!

Asked basic questions regarding the job at hand and how you would handle certain situations. Talked about handling employee. Also included various behavioral questions. Interview was held over the phone and not in person.
