I applied online. I interviewed at JBG SMITH (Washington, DC) in Jul 2017
Interview
Phone screen followed by super day (a few thirty minute interviews with several people you would be working with.) Typical interview questions: describe yourself, strength and weaknesses, etc. some technical questions but mostly behavioral. Know that the hours will be extremely long and things aren't super organized post merger.
Important: only including this some no one else will have to go through a similar situation. Head of HR Is amazing, but there are quite a few people there- staring with the receptionist and ending with middle managers that are not keen on diversity. Definitely not looking for a person of color and it will be eveident from the moment you walk in. If you're a person "of color" I wouldn't bother applying, unless you feel like being treated like it's 1960 and you need to walk in through the back door.
