They contacted me. We set up a time to meet via Zoom. They had me fill out a lot of paper work before hand, down to a W2 even. The first interview was casual. Just a meet and greet. I followed up a week later, got a response telling me to there was no word yet. I followed up again 2 weeks later after not hearing, however this time there was no response.
