I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Jan 2024
Interview
Wasn’t too gruelling. After initial application there was a telephone interview with someone from the University of Exeter. Super nice interviewer, very simple questions. She threw in a random maths question but it was very very simple, all common sense. Next was AC with group activity and 2 interviews, one 10 min and one 30 min. 10 min was more or less the same as telephone interview. 30 minute was a bit harder - mostly competency based questions and one more technical.
A variety of behavioural and technical questions, answerable in STAR format, spread over two calls, suitable for sixth form students, followed by in person assessment centre at office location, featuring group tasks and further interview rounds.
Two team manager will hold a personal interview. The interviewer is nice and friendly. It is a good opportunity to try it .it is very good. I think if u have prepare well , it is not hard to pass

Interview
virtual interviews - 2 different ones asking motivation questions, skills based questions and competencies.
each one was about half an hour long and there was lots of follow up questions so be prepared for that too.
Some technical questions but not really a lot
