I applied through their site two weeks after that I got the email for the survey two weeks after that was the phone interview two weeks after that was the in person interview, then a week later they let me know about the job. In the interview they’ll ask if you want to shadow someone doing the job you applied for. I think it’s they’re way of letting you know you didn’t get the position
