It consisted of a single interview and then a tour followed. I was contacted by the manager about my application and she emailed me. It was a relatively informal process.

Very informal, met with clinic director. she was very nice and didn't ask too mnay questions. phone first then in person. it was extremely laid back and not as formal as other interviews ive done

Interview
Completed field work 12 weeks full time successfully and was referred/ recommended for a position. Received informal offer before interview and did not go through a formal interview process. Visited clinic and shadowed clinicians for a day as informal interview.

Process starts with a message from the talent acquisition team to set up a brief phone call with recruiter to discuss the role and your expectations followed by an in person interview with clinic director with more formal interview questions
