Informal interview process that takes place partially on the clinic floor to understand how comfortable you are with patients and the rest of the team. Met with a few of the PTs and the aides during the interview since it is important to impress them in order to get hired.

Question 1
How familiar are you with the rehabilitation process and the humans body?
Super easy and casual. Basic questions about experience and how comfortable you are with medical terminology and customer service/patient interaction. Nothing out of the ordinary and basic questions. There was a section where I “shadowed” the current aides to get a feel of the office which was very informative.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ivy Rehab Network (Norfolk, VA)
Interview
The Clinic Director interviewed me and asked me what my future career plans were, why I was a good candidate for the job, and other generic interview questions. After the interview I received a call with the job offer and did all my training soon after!
