They typically hire from within so not many interview processes. I was offered a job, then they talked about an interview, decided they didn’t need one because they “felt comfortable with me as a candidate”. Then they offered that job to a full time employee with the company and acted like I wasn’t offered the role.

More informal interview process, with multiple people (regional director, clinic director, ect). Everybody was very kind and respectful. Quick to respond and respectful of my time, even as a new grad.

Question 1
What are your clinical interests? What documentation systems are you familiar with? How do you do with communicating with orthopedists/ PCPs?
The first step was a phone interview with HR, offer for in person interview extended during phone call. Followed by in person interview with hiring manager and clinic tour, very straightforward interview questions.
