They asked me to come to their office on a weekend. First round was written round of 4 algo /pseudo code- gave half an hour time. Completed in fifteen mins. Next round was a technical face to face round on c++. Did well. Last round was a mangerial round. He told me that he got good feedback from the other rounds and it went well. He asked me some coding and aptitude questions. Answered everything. They said they will call back which they didn't. I waited for one week and called them and the consultant said i didnt clear on technical round. There was not a single question that i left unanswered. Advice to management: if you know initially that you cant pay don't waste our time. Communicating with the candidate about the interview experience (either positive or negative) after appearing for one is a good practice. Advice to candidates : keep it as an alternative option. don't expect any response from them.
