Interview

The application process and the interview were very straightforward. Basic questions regarding, background, qualification, and portfolio. Seems like they are interested in investing in a young architect that will grow with the company. Pay seems to be low compared to the scale of the office and the volume of projects they are getting.

Interview

Project Manager and Principal were very late. Waiting for over 45 min to start the interview. Interview went well with project manager. Principal seemed judgmental and doesn't want to hear what you had to say. He spoke in a very derogatory manner. After that i didn't think i would get the job.

It was hard to get hold of the principals as they are always busy and hardly answer phone calls or emails. Interviews are mostly held after work hours and be prepared to wait.
