After initial testing I was called for an interview. It was a student job, I had no previous experience. I met with two people who are head of department, it was very nice experience, casual conversation. They introduced themselves and than I was asked to tell something about myself. They described the job and asked would I prefer to be the one calling cusotmers or receiving calls. I was offered a job.
