After receiving a very basic rejection email from a junior employee, I emailed the Council to find out why I didn't at least get an interview. My email was forwarded to the CEO, who sent a very angry reply saying twice my enquiry was "unusual' and demanding to know who else I had sent it to. Came across as a very angry man.
