went for a interview and they ask you to swim some laps just incase to see your swimming skill.
then got the offer same day and was working the next day after all paper work was submitted

Easy. They always need lifeguards.
People are cool at first but then they can change later on. Micro managing but as long as you do your job. The. You’re fine.
