I am a college student who recently interviewed with Invotec for their Marketing Co-Op position. The recruiting process was awesome, and the interview process was smooth. A phone interview is conducted to begin, and then you move on to an in person interview. The interview questions were overall asking about my passion and what I looked to gain from the marketing co-op.
