The process was rather disjointed and broken, which is unfortunately for a company specializing in process. The first email was "thanks for chatting, please record some videos". We hadn't chatted yet.
In the 15 minute call, the recruiter said I'm a strong candidate and will set up interviews with key stakeholders, but instead I received a link to a predictive index, and that I will need to do a cognitive assessment afterwards.
I filled out the PI and a week later received an email saying I declined the video and written assessments (there was no written assessment). Their recruiting process is a mess!
