Interview
HR from Invisible Solutions reached out to me about a Software Engineer opportunity. The interview process included 7 steps (3 on-site rounds, one coding round, and the rest online). I completed all stages, including a system design interview.
However, throughout the process it was often unclear what the team actually wanted from the role and what impact the successful candidate would be expected to have. The expectations felt inconsistent across interviewers, which made the process feel unstructured.
After the final round, I waited for an update and ultimately did not receive an offer. I did not receive any feedback despite following up, and my last email was not answered. That left a negative impression and felt dismissive of the time invested.
Overall, I can't recommend the hiring process due to unclear role expectations and poor follow-up communication.

Very good, indeed, my friend. It was something done remotely and without the necessity of talking with real people. It was very good for me, and I would like to do that again, so I can complete the 30 words needed to go away of this boring formulary.

Coding Exercise (1 hour)

I appreciated the opportunity to engage with the senior team members during both the coding exercise and the system design round. I genuinely enjoyed the collaborative approach to solving problems, and it was clear that the team is composed of down-to-earth professionals.
However, I was disappointed by the delay in communication following these rounds. It took two weeks to receive feedback, which I felt was somewhat disrespectful to the time and effort I invested in the process, particularly as I had informed the team that I had other final interviews underway.
