After a very friendly interview and a technical interview shortly afterwards, I already felt quite comfortable entering the in-person interview around an open table. The interviewers present turned questions into more of a conversation, giving some context to my qualifications and making the situation even more comfortable, especially with the small talk interspersed. I didn't even notice the hour passing by!

How willing I was to learn new frameworks and technologies not just in C++ but software development overall.
It began with an HR screening interview after applying, the second round was a one on one interview, then finally more of a panel style interview with multiple employees. Good vibes and questions allowed lots of space for my own answers
