Intrepid Studios interview questions

Recruiter call (30 mins), technical (45-60min), round 2 technical (45-60min), Final Round (60min) with CEO. Recruiter call was standard with no technical questions and more of a logisitical onboarding call and a couple behavioral questions as to what your skills are and why you are applying. The technical rounds were heavily focused in C++ with some questions on python. No leetcode or implementation, they want to know about your thought process and expertise in the technologies they use.

Extremely long waiting period. Received an email several months ago that hiring would resume in 2024. 4 rounds of interview conducted over 3 months. I received an offer which was retracted without cause. Incredibly unprofessional. The company has also recently fired ~10% of its workforce(documented in an article online).
