The interview process at IntraFi was well-structured, thoughtful, and engaging from start to finish.
The first few rounds focused on my background, the projects I’ve worked on, and role-related questions to understand how I think through problems. The technical interview involved coding questions, reviewing existing code, and discussing improvements, which felt practical and relevant to the role.
I also met with the HR team for a behavioral interview that focused on my experiences and working style. Throughout the process, all interviewers were polite, supportive, and easy to talk to. Every interview ended with time for me to ask questions, which I really appreciated and found helpful in learning more about the role and the company.
The final stage was a full-day panel interview at IntraFi’s headquarters, where I met with team members and stakeholders from different groups. The conversations were engaging and informative, and I never felt pressured. I was given opportunity to ask follow-up questions at the end of each meeting, which made the experience feel open and collaborative.
I was especially interested in joining IntraFi because of its products and mission. On a personal note, my family took out a small business loan from Dime Community Bank in Brooklyn, NY, and I later learned that the bank is part of the IntraFi network. Knowing that IntraFi helped support my family, along with many other families, small businesses, and local communities, made the mission feel very real to me and reinforced my interest in being part of the company.
