The interview process was very impersonal, old school and one- sided. At no time did the company take any interest in getting to know me. Nor did they take any time in talking about the company, why I should want to work there, vision, mission, values. No one seemed excited to work there or to be passionate about what they do.
I knew even if offered the job (after 3 rounds of interviews) I would not want to work there. Weeks after my final interview, I continue to get messages from different recruiters that the position is still open.
The recruiting process is a time for both parties to get to know each other and decide if there is a mutual good fit. The interview process at Intivity does not lend itself to that on the candidate's side.
