Worst hiring,I’m concerned about the lack of transparency and consistency in the interview process. The role is initially presented as US-domain or remote, but later candidates are either rejected with unclear reasons or pushed toward domestic roles or relocation.
There also seems to be a focus on conducting interviews rather than actual hiring, leading to wasted time for candidates. Additionally, pressuring candidates to commit before completing the process feels premature and unprofessional.
Don't waste candidates efforts.
