One on one interview with the store manager. He had questions about character, morals, and work ethic. He was honest about pay and expectations. He answered my questions very well.
It was good, very polite staff and accommodating. On time and made me feel like my time was respected as well. I think it’s a fair process overall. I would like to reapply sometime soon

Interview
My interview process was laid back and was very informal. We sat down and at lunch at local restaurant and talked about some things that were going on in the news and eventually transitioned to some of your more generic interview questions. Most of the questions evenly balanced between personality and work experience.
