International Songwriting Competition interview questions

This was the strangest interview I've ever had. Despite confirming the date & time of the interview, they didn't seem to be expecting me when I arrived. They were very disorganized and the owner berated an employee in front of me. It didn't seem like they had interviewed many people at the time.
