I conducted an informational interview with the IRC in Amman, Jordan and had a positive experience with HR. The HR officer who interviewed me was kind and took the time to explain to me in detail the work the IRC does in the region (Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq) and then to document my work experience and desired position. I did not hear back from them about openings but she did contact the HR department in the U.S. on my behalf when I applied for a position there.
