I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Very simple interview process. Met with the volunteer coordinator and set up our schedules. The steps were one on one meeting with staff, volunteer orientation meeting, background check, then checking to see if our schedules were compatible.
