Interview
The interview consists of three rounds: two with HR and one with the president. Overall, the process is quite straightforward, and the content isn't particularly challenging. They place more emphasis on previous sales experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at International Institute for Learning (New York, NY) in Jul 2018
Interview
I applied through ZipRecruiter and received an unscheduled call from a recruiter about two weeks later. Although the phone screen was not very helpful for some of the questions I had about the role, I went against my better judgment and went to the scheduled interview. Immediately after I sat down I knew this was a scam. I applied for the New Media Business Development Manager position, however, I was told I was interviewing for a Public Sales position. I was told EVERYONE who applies to work for this company has to start in this position. If this is the case then why create a fake title and role? The Public Sales role is basically cold calling 60-80 people a day to get them to sign up for their courses.
