IHC is famous for doing the group interview process as the only contact they ever have with candidates. This is my second time interviewing this way with this company, which always makes me nervous because I never feel like I have the chance to explain/discuss just 'me'. There were 7 people in the group, which is the largest group I have ever interviewed in and I was afraid they would have a hard time keeping our answers and personalities separate. The first time I did get the job though, so it will be interesting to see if the same is still the case!
