      Manager Interview

      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Intermountain Health

      Interview

Applied online. A recruiter was very prompt and professional. I had the first round scheduled very quickly (1 week). The second round took 2 weeks to schedule. Both interviews were very good. The people were very warm and welcoming. My frustration came after the second & final interview. I was told I would be informed of the decision in 1-2 weeks. Over 2 weeks went by and I sent a follow up email. I was then told I would be informed at the beginning of the next week. I followed up again two weeks after that follow up and did not receive a response. I received an automated email a week after my 2nd follow up saying I did not receive the role. I did not hear if I was still being considered for the role for 5 weeks after the final interview. I then reached out for feedback on my interview and no one ever reached back out. The people of Intermountain see very nice, but the interview experience after the interview was not great.

      Manager Interview

      21 Mar 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Intermountain Health

      Interview

Initially things happened quickly and I proceeded from recruiter screening interview to an interview with the hiring manager to an in-person interview. The in-person interview was an all-day process in which I met with roughly 12 different people at various levels of the organization. I was then told that I needed to perform an exercise to show that I could do the job they wanted and I would receive follow up contact to schedule that. I did not hear anything after that. It was just very unprofessional to go from progressing quickly through all steps to then hearing nothing at all with zero contact. To me this is a red flag about the organization. If this is how they treat people that are potential employees, I wonder how well they treat their employees.
