I received a phone call to come in and interview for an administrative assistant position. I was informed prior to the interview that I would be asked basic questions on Excel, Word and other logic-based questions along with mathematics. Totally flunked the exam because the questions asked were vague and irrelevant to the job listing. I do think they do a great job screening highly qualified candidates and I do not blame them however they made the exam process more difficult than needed. The people seemed very intelligent and educated.
