We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience interviewing with us. It sounds like the interview scenario you went through was very unique, and not the typical process we generally follow. While the majority of our interviews are conducted via Zoom VIdeo Call, we realize there are times when either the interviewer or the candidate may need to turn off their camera for one reason or another, including issues with bandwidth (turning off the camera tends to help). When this happens we never expect the other party to remain on camera alone. We are sorry if that expectation was not communicated to you. That was a mistake on our part. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback so that we can learn from our candidates' experiences and continue to improve.
