After applying online - answering the questions, submitting my resume & cover letter - I got a call fairly quickly from a recruiter. A few more questions later, and I was scheduled for a group interview and sent a packet of materials to practice for my "demo lesson". The interview location was in a city a 6-8 hour drive from me, but I was able to stay with friends. The interview itself had a one-on-one portion plus the group demo lessons where we'd be the "students" for the other interviewees - after that the interviewer held a seminar/discussion going over how we did, how it relates to Interac teaching methods, and how we all could improve. He also answered our own questions candidly - admitted that this job would NOT "make you rich", but was a great way to get your foot in the door in this country - and made the experience positive and informative one.
