Interview was intensive, many detailed questions from different senior staff, which was intimidating for an intern position but a great experience overall. Would recommend applying to anyone that is interested in Latin America and US relations

Which program at the dialogue are you most passionate about?
I filled out an online application, with resume and writing samples. Got an email I had been selected for an interview. Interview was over Zoom with a few people from the team.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Inter-American Dialogue in Oct 2018
Interview
Had a phone interview with three junior staff at the Dialogue. They asked some more general questions about my resume and then asked me some questions about my interest in Latin America and working at the Inter-American Dialogue.
