First they will call you on the phone and after that they will give you an exam and if you passed the exam the next stage is panel interview. Job post is not accurate on what their looking, because the required exam is not indicated on the Job Post.. Poor Job Description. and they are looking for a 2yrs exp but the exam is for Senior Level. and in panel interview they will never ask you about the exam you took..
