Interview
Interview was amicable and appreciative. A simple screening process to ensure the candidates with the best skills are selected. A week long training with tests. A final test is conducted including on the topics covered and typing speed test. Afterwards, a 3 month training on the company's websites and software usage alongside computing and processing large sets of data.
