I had an interview with three different managers from three departments in IGS. Each manager asked the same questions and all but one seemed to be quite uninterested in the interviewee. The first manager seemed not to care and only cared about the clock and almost never looked me in the eyes. The second manager was easy going and seemed to explain the job in detail and was a pleasure to interview with. The last interviewer was a director of one of the departments and seemed uninterested and seemed full of her self. She kept bringing up all her achievements and compared them to my resume. She also brought up why I applied for the position despite not having a history in sales. Which I found quite awkward because I was contacted directly by IGS on LinkedIn. My advice to IGS would be more careful of whom you contact and explain the job in detail to let the interviewee know which position they are applying for.
