Very brief, little to no formal interview questions asked. Running joke in workplace was that if you could make fog on a mirror and pass a drug test, you were hired. All jokes aside though, in all seriousness, the interview is extremely easy. I personally was given a drug test and told I was hired within five minutes. No lie. I also referred a friend, she explained to me that her interviewer simply advised her of what schedules she had available and asked which would work best for her.
