Courteous, swift, relatively well organised
Began at 11am with fitment round as multiple roles on offer. Once a role was mutually determined, there was a rapid fire aptitude test, followed by an in depth research test (subject to clearing the aptitude test). Finally an interview was conducted (subject to clearing the research test). Done by 5pm on the same day.

The HR is very kind and approachable. The position was urgent, I was hired within a week after I submitted my resume. The initial interview is via phone call. The final interview is via video call with the hiring manager.

Has four rounds, beginning with the HR round followed by aptitude test of around 30-40 mins, research test ie they will ask to google financial data of companies. Finally PI.
