Integrated Medical Partners interview questions

Initial phone interview/screen. Met with hiring manager. Discussed my skill sets. Very conversational. Panel review with the executives. Executives discussed a lot about the company, the market, and the culture. The skill set review was light, but they were looking for fit as much as anything else.
