Integrated Marketing Systems interview questions

The hiring process didn't take long at all. I was given a decision in 2 days. The interview process, I interviewed with three different people answering 2 pages of question asked each individual. I thought that I was interviewing for clerk position with the the plant but instead they hired me for the administrative assistant position. Sitting in the room with 3 people were difficult, never had a interview like that before.
