I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Integral International (St. John's, NL) in Jul 2018
Interview
Very brief phone conversation and then scheduled for an in person interview. I didn't go to the in person interview because after researching this company and speaking with a friend who also interviewed it is clear that this company is an MLM and they were advertising for a position that didn't really exist. The ad that I had seen spoke of working with a marketing team and implementing promotions and campaigns for various companies when in reality they were looking for people to sell Canadian Tire credit cards. Absolutely ridiculous and a total scam. No salary offered, commission based pay ONLY.

Interview
I was first interviewed with two other girls - it was used to assess whether we were compatiable with the company’s values. Second interview was one on one & was very unprofessional. The woman interviewing me was constantly using profanity & explained the entire process of promotion within the company. It is a MLM.

Interview
Was required to fill out forms before the interview, answering questions that would normally be asked by an interviewer. Once in the interview, the interviewer was more focused on talking about how much the company loves partying and spending money than asking any questions about me or my background/experience. Although the job description/title describes a marketing position, the job being hired for was to sell credit cards in Canadian Tire. Very unprofessional experience. Turned down second interview.
