I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Integra Technologies (KS) (Wichita, KS) in Mar 2026
Interview
Shortly after applying I was contacted via email and was requested to schedule an interview. The interview was conducted a week later and I met with the hiring manager and IT Director. They were both personable and professional. I felt the interview went went, it took about an hour and a half and consisted of multiple scenario based questions (ex: how I would handle if a project deadline needed to be changed.) I was also able to ask my questions and I felt they were answered transparently and thoroughly. There was a SQL based knowledge test given at the end of the interview covering multiple join statements. I was also given a tour of the plant and was able to chat and ask additional questions to the hiring manager. Before I left I was asked if 'X' specific start date works for me, I confirmed and let him know I was looking forward to hearing back from them. After 2.5 weeks I still had not heard back from them so I sent a follow up email politely asking if the role had been filled and confirming my interest in the position. I never received a response. Very odd hiring practice approach to completely ghost candidates. The job still appears to be available after being posted for 30+ days.

Interview
The interview process was very laid back. The interviewer was friendly and attempted to ease any nerves going in. Made the interview much easier to get through. Be prepared to answer questions about your future plans!
