3 interviews, initially a quick phone interview. Second an in person interview with the head of HR and clinic founder to dicuess cultural fit for both the clinic and yourself, telling them a bit about yourself, career goals, treatment style etc. One final hands on interview to assess patient communication styles, very quick.
