Intech Process Automation interview questions in Lahore

First an HR screening call, a technical assessment consisting of dry-runs and leetcode problems. Then a technical interview which is mostly based on your experience with MERN JavaScript , HTML and CSS. The technical interview was a bit strange as I got an email about a preparation guide which included DSA, OOP and General problem solving techniques but none of these were asked in the interview Instead the interview focused more towards JavaScript/ Networking, etc which was a shocker for me. And I got rejected the same day.

Onsite interview, simple question about js, react next and material ui. They are more concern with implementation than just answering questions. They don't need basic knowledge, suedo code, or though process instead They ask to write actual modern code using internal api, That was more test of memorization than skills and experience.
