Interview
Face to face interview with two colleagues and manager. I was provided an overview of the position, the company and an office tour. Met with President for interview and then offered a position about a week later.

Interview questions were focused on discussing my prior experience and how it related to the open position. There weren't any silly interview questions that don't pertain the the position.
