It's 20 minutes interview. You speak to a manager in regards to what aspect from the role and name a time you completed a difficult task, they ask you about your previous work experiance and how you can apply those skills to this current role.

Question 1
Name a time when you given a difficult task and how you handled it?
1. Online Application

You may also need to answer a few pre-screening questions.
✅ 2. Phone Screening (HR Interview)
A recruiter from Intact will reach out for a 15–30 minute call.
They’ll assess:
Your work history and qualifications
Why you're interested in the role and Intact
Your salary expectations and availability
Tip: Be ready with a brief summary of your experience and why you’re a good fit.
✅ 3. First Interview (Hiring Manager)
Typically a video or in-person interview.
Focused on technical skills and role-specific experience.
May include situational and behavioral questions like:
“Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer.”
“How do you prioritize claims?”
“What steps do you take in a claims investigation?”
✅ 4. Second Interview (Optional/Panel)
May involve a panel of interviewers or cross-functional team members.
Could include:
A case study or scenario-based questions
Questions testing your problem-solving and decision-making
✅ 5. Reference Check
Usually, 2–3 references are requested.
Make sure they’re aware and ready to speak positively about your experience.
