Started with HR rep called to chat and set up time for virtual interview with 2 department heads. This second interview was approx 45 minutes and they explained the process prior to starting. Most questions are Situation-Action-Response, which is how they will ask you to respond. I am still in the interview process but wanted to include the questions asked prior to forgetting them!
