Received an invitation for a first level screen. It was done through video conferencing where there was a list of prerecorded questions. You had time to answer the questions through video. A little underwhelming from the candidate experience point of view, no 2-way communication where you can determine whether a fit for yourself.

Polite and courteous service. Went through resume in detail. Multi-step interview process. Online submission of application, psychometric questionnaire, video interview, in-person interview, etc. In that time it took them to create all these steps, I got offers from alternative companies.

Interview
The interview process consists of a personality/ cognitive assessment, screening interview, and panel interviews. All the interviewers were pleasant and questions were reasonable considering the role and job description. The overall experience was positive although they never reached out to tell me I didn't get the role.
